§ Living room has leather sofa, armchair, ottoman, plus a children’s chair., bookcases with a small selection of books, a few years of Arizona Highways magazine, and games (Scrabble), television with Dish Network, DVD player, surround sound stereo with CD player and Ipod/mp3 dock, a targeted selection of CDs and DVDs are in the console.
§ The house has central air (for the warm afternoons) and heat (for the cool evenings), plus a wood-burning fireplace in the living room.
§ The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator with icemaker, a dishwasher, full-size oven and stovetop, and a microwave oven. The dining area has a beautifully carved Mexican pine table with four chairs. Additional chairs, plus a baby seat, are in the garage.
§ 2 Schwinn mountain bikes are in the garage. (With an attached baby seat.)
